Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

Returns

Our return & refund policy is 07 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, please note that only one return and exchange is free of charge. Subsequent returns or exchanges will incur a fee of Rs. 100.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at love@ilikeme.in Please mention your order number, actual product photo which you recived and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return/exchange question at love@ilikeme.in or via the WhatsApp message to provided phone number on the website.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

All discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms and minimum purchase requirements specified at the time of purchase.

In case of a partial return or exchange, the final value of the items retained by the customer may be recalculated to determine the applicable discount or promotional offer.

If the value of the items retained after a partial return no longer meets the minimum purchase requirement for the discount originally applied, the applicable discount may be recalculated based on the final retained order value.

Any difference resulting from the recalculation of the applicable discount may be adjusted against the refund amount.

If the final retained order value does not qualify for any promotional discount, the original discount may be removed when calculating the final refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the applicable processing period. In case of COD orders, store credit/brand voucher will be issued for the eligible refund amount.

The final refund amount may be adjusted for applicable discounts, promotional offers, COD charges, return charges, or other applicable deductions as specified in this Return Policy.

COD charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. 

Damages and issues

We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email (love@ilikeme.in) or via the WhatsApp.
